98 GS300 with 19" Fsport full faced wheels

Will these wheels fit my 98 GS300 directly? The Fsport wheel specs are: 19x8 front with 40mm offset and 19x9 rear with 40mm offset. 5x114. 60.1mm hub bore. Just want to make sure before I make the purchase. Thank you guys.
