Default camber wear...can I swap tires?

I have some camber wear on the inside of my rear tires. I'm wondering if I can have a shop put my right tire on the left wheel and the left tire on the right wheel. That way, the less worn sides of the tires will be on the inside. Is this a good move to extend tire wear? Will it cause problems?

If you have directional tread you can't do it. I vaguely recall that even if you don't that it may not be advisable to have the tires travel in the opposite direction they have been running in.

I have Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's. If I just swap the left and right tires, won't the directions still be going the same way?

Yes you can do it. I've done it on my Accord. They will still be going in the same direction if you switch the left to right, just not from front to rear. So now the camber will just be on the other side of the tire.

No they won't be going the same direction if you swap the front wheels unless you take the tires off the wheels!!!

Bit,

That was his question in his first post. He asked if he can take the tire off of the wheel and switch them.

Yes, you can do that. But be careful in that your handling charateristics may be a bit odd until the wear surface evens out. Also, find the root cuase of the uneven wear while your at it.
