I am looking into a set of HRE 645s for my SC400. I was quoted $1040 for an 18x8.5 wheel. Does this price seem right? Also, could I put 18x9 on an SC400 all the way around?

Why do you want to put a SUV wheel on your SC400?

hres are high-end wheels..18x9s are ok..make sure you get the right offset..but like jeff said, why suv wheels on the sc?

I didn't know they were SUV wheels... just liked the style... maybe I'll look at some of HRE's other wheels. Thanks for the info, guys!

If you like the 645, then you want the 545 which is for cars.

And opt for the 545 R's. The reason being is that the 640 series of wheels from HRE's are spcifically made to fit SUV's. Also I know for a fact they won't fit on an SC400 - I had a talk with Bob (socalsc4) and asked him if whether or not I could fit the 648 R's on my first gen GS300, I don't recall much of what he said only that the center part of the wheel was too large and would not fit properly.
