Default Upgrade to Bigger Tire Size

I just got a 2014 GS 350 rwd, currently I have OEM Dunlops 235x45x18 w/ 19k miles and want to replace them with either Pirellis P7 Plus or Michelin Premier A/S. I see Michelins have 245s and not 235s. Can I go one size wider to 245x45x18s? Will I throw car specs off? thanks.

245/40/18 would be the next larger size. Check diameters to see how much difference in height between tires.

if you're getting any of the two tire choices you mentioned, its better to go with 245/40R18
