OK..would these fit
Hey guys,
I'm wondering if 19 x 8.5 wheels with offset of 36 mm and bolt pattern of 5 x 115 mm can fit on a 98GS without any problems.
I know the bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3...does that slight change make a difference? Offsets ok?
I may have another good deal in the works.
Thanks for the help.

+36 can actually work but if you run a the Fat 19 setup, it will be REALLY close...a standard 19 setup will be ok...(but still too close for my comfort)
As for the 114.3 vs 115...well, you still need to get it drilled out...not something I recommend doing...even though it's only 0.7mm...not as bad as some of the other redrills out there (like 5x120 redrills) but still....the "cone" will be off also...that will force the bolts to bend outward from the center by 0.35mm...dunno about you, but I don't want the bolts that hold the wheels to the car to bend even 0.001mm if I can help it.
Now if you did a "fill and drill", it would be better but it's still a half-*** solution IMO....
