Recommendations for snow tires - RX330

Got any recommendations for snow tires?
I'm in upstate NY, about an hour north of the city, straight up the Hudson. Weather isn't too bad, but I've no idea what handles best on this RX I inherited.
Please share your experience!

Get a set of takeoffs and throw some Blizzaks on them.
