Do non-Lexus dealer tire installers know how to install the tire pressure monitors?

Do non-Lexus dealer tire installers know how to install the tire pressure monitors?
I'm considering getting Michelin Pilot Sports from TireRack (to replace the Dunlop runflats on my SC430), and saw on their site that they have affiliated tire installers all over the country. Are non-Lexus dealers able to correctly/easily install the Pilots and the tire pressure monitors? I've read that there is some difficulty installing tires on the rims that previously had runflats.
