Default Optimal tires on (black) ice and mild snow

Would Michelin X-Ice Xi3 or Pirelli Winter SottoZero3 be the best option as compared to BS Blizzak WS80

Driving in Pac North Wet and there have been minimal snowy winters over the last few years but more icy roads.

Looking for the best option.

Price is not too much a concern as safety is # 1.
Thanks

A studless ice and snow would be the tire for you. A performance winter tire is more-so for cold temps rather than max traction.

Michelin Xice
Bridgestone Blizzak WS80
