Default Tire Size
My 2010 IS250 RWD came with OEM 16" rims. The tire size is 205-55-16 all around.

I am planning to have the 18" lobster claw wheels for next summer, I wanted to know, what's the tire size that I should be running with those wheels?

I've never heard of a RWD IS250 come with 16" wheels and non-staggered tires, but if you're getting 18" wheels I would use a 225/40R18 Front and 255/40R18 Rear.
