I'm planning to replace my tires but am in a big dilemma as to what size to choose. My car is an 2010 IS 250 staggered setup.

Basically it's a very modest setup on 17 inch wheels. I do not want to do any kind of fender modification or add spacers etc. Just fit it and drive, that's it.

So I want to know what is the max size I can put on my wheels without doing any modification.

I did some research on tirerack.com and found they have the following sizes as below. Please advise me what is the best I can choose considering my criteria as stated above.

Front - 225 / 45 / R17 or 235 / 45 / R17

Rears - 245 / 45 / R17 or 255 / 45 / R17 or 275 / 40 / R17

I'd do the 235's front, 275's rear...

should fit no problem at all on the stock wheels...
