I'm looking for a set of 17" OEM Chrome wheels for the GS. I can only find the replicas. Are the replicas good as the OEM. Thanks

steve at carson toyota was offering factory chrome with tyres for $1600...i would get those if you like 17s..BUT, then, 18s would be a better idea..all depends on your budget..as far as ride quality, "personally", i feel the diff is really minor

I just upgraded my orig 16 inch rims to the 17 inch oem chromes you want . I got them from a guy I found through this forum. His e-mail address is NGOBROS2000@aol.com . The rims were brand new and are were not replicas. He does business on E-Bay if you want to do a search. He will sell a set of the oem 17's in chrome for around $700-$800 plus shipping. Here is pic of the rims I bought from him.

I bought a set of 18" Lexus accessory wheels from NGOBROS2000@aol.com and I highly recommend this seller. He gets his wheels directly from Japan including the 18" wheels that I bought from him. If you contact him directly through his email he will probably sell you a set of wheels without going through the auction.
