I've seen them on some older LS's up for auction, as well as the SC. Were they a dealer-installed option?

Default Wheel offset

If you have the wheels, you can measure the offset. Lay the wheel down on a flat surface with the inside up and draw a string tightly across the tire over the center of the wheel. Measure down from the string to the hub mounting surface on the wheel. Next, measure from the floor surface up to the center of the tread. Subtract the second measurment from the first. This is positive offset. If you use inches, you can convert to mm by multiplying inches by 25.4. Hope this helps.
