It might have a tiny stretch depending on the brand of tire. I have bridgestone potenzas on a 10.5" wheel 275/35 and they looked a little stretched. now with v12 tires, the same 275/35 has no stretch. No bulge, no stretch.

This. I don't feel it's stretched but depending on tire brand and style it can make a difference.

It depends on how each person defines "stretch". But mathematically 10.5" = 266.7 mm < 275 mm so not a stretch.

^^ That's not the correct logic to use for tires-wrapping the wheels in a tire with a section width that is equal to the width of the wheel that is. The section with should be larger.

I have 295 michellin pilot sports on my 19x10.5's and it's flush with no bulge. I think people are so used to seeing a lot of stretch, that a little bit of stretch is being conveyed as "no stretch" but that's not the case.
