Staggered tire size question
Currently running 17x7's up front and 17x 7 1/2's in the rear . On an 02 is300. All oem suspension . Current tire size is 225/45 up front and 235/45 rear. The car has a slight rake to it the rears are about half an in taller then the front . Dont mind changing all 4 tires , anyone know what tire sizes will level the car out ?

Is your IS300 a Sportcross Wagon?
If so, your OE tire sizes are 215/45-17 front, 225/45-17 rear. This is about the same difference from front to rear as your car currently has. If your car is a Sportcross, it would be recommended you keep that difference from front to rear - the car was designed with that in mind, probably due to a little more rear weight distribution...
You could install the same size tire on all 4 wheels, going to a 235/45-17 on the front, although 235/45-17 is a little wide for that wheel. That being said, I run 235/45-17 all around on the standard IS300 wheels which are 7" all around...

Yes rims are off of a sportcross. I dont have one . Theyre on a sedan . I was thinking about running 225/45 all around . Wondering if the stretch from the extra 1/2 of rim would affect height . Assuming it wouldnt be enough to make a differnce
