Perhaps someone can correct me here, but I don't think those were ever an official OEM Lexus wheel... I have seen them on a few Lexus' before, but that style of center cap is definitely aftermarket type... Many times, dealers will install optional wheels that were never truly offered through Lexus corp... If I recall, it was the earlier ES models might have had that wheel on them...
This place has a lot of OE replacement wheels and I went through all the Lexus' there and didn't see it... http://www.finishlinewheels.com/

Yeah, that's a "Lorenzo" type wheel (copy of an old Lorinser wheel, the D93) but was never a factory Lexus offering. People were buying these in the early 90s and putting "L" Lexus logos on the center caps.
Let's face it, they are ugly... a great excuse to update/upgrade!
