So my rims are about to be finished and i need to pick up tires for them. They're 19x12.5. I dont want to have to little of tire profile nor stretch them too much but idk. My fronts are 19x11.5 and i asked the shop to stretch 275/55 but i don't know if they'll fit

You are gonna need major fender work to fit those. It better if you post this in your car's section. More people can help you on this. On the 11.5", you should be able to fit 275. I had it done before.
