Wheel Paint Chipping?
The wheels i am about to buy have some paint chips. Some near the center bore, and some on the spokes. They are a real eye sore to me and i want to know my options of fixing it. The options i am aware of are painting, powdercoating, or touch up paint. Painting and powdercoating are something im trying to avoid due to cost. These chips are pretty minor, i dont want to spend so much time and money for these imperfections. Touch up paint would be something i would possibly consider, but how do i find the specific color of the wheels? They are like a light silver with a pearly gloss. I definitely dont want throw on some generic silver. Can i ask a shop to color match the paint and put it in a small bottle for me? Do wheels have paint codes, or do i just ask them to eye ball it? Anything else you guys can think of?
Thanks!
Thanks!
