That's why I would only consider buying reps for something not important like spoilers, grills, etc...

No way in hell I would buy a dangerous wheel because that's what is holding up the car when your driving.

Disclaimer: I'm still running Lexus 18" '08 OEM wheels

For me this should be a Weds quality thread, not another replica thread. The problem (imho) is that people hear replica and they think ripped off design (which is sometimes true and sometimes not...I've seen many of these "original" designs decades ago).

Having said that, kudos to Weds for putting quality into their work. It's too bad they don't call out the brand name of the "imitation". ;-)

Agreed. They probably got the cheapest reps they found find. Not saying that reps are safe, but they're trying to make sales afterall.

While on topic, buying reps has nothing to do with being cheap. Some people prioritize their money/car differently and cannot justify paying $5k for rims or a lip kit.

Nice video, but people still don't care. They would rather take the "chance" and get the replica for half or quarter of the price.

Makes me feel good about my Weds .

With imitation wheels, it's always hit or miss whether you are going to get a quality product. Authentic wheels are always quality, and if you have any problems with them, the company will immediately back up their product.

I WOULD never get rep wheels. You get what you pay for.

I agree with shadowman, I would only get little things like the roof spoiler, but other than that NO WAY.
