I've bought from them before. The prices were awesome, BUT the service just didn't cut my satisfaction. Making that phone call just to try and get a hold of a rep never gets through unless you keep trying for 1-2 hours straight. I live about 20-30 minutes from them. Made a walk in pick up and there were a lot of sales rep in the office, but I just don't understand why neither of them can answer a call and at least say "can you please hold?"

Prices are good, but the service isn't AYCE or 5 stars.

If anything I recommend these guys.

If you decide to call, ask for David. The only thing that would probably suck right now in the tire industry would be that, the tire prices are increasing as of today 03/01/2011 by 8-18%.

yea they do, seems like alor poeple are out of stock with the Continental Extreme Contact DWS. I ordered the rear 265/30/19 from Tire rack and the front 225/35/19 from Tires-Easy.com they had only four fronts in stock. Never done business with these guys but when i called in rep answers and tells me they have 4 in stock. I went ahead with the order and asked when should i receive them, he said 3-6 days via UPS.

Im Crossing my fingers that everything goes well.

I ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY. MAY BE A FEW DOLLARS HIGHER BUT THEY ALWAYS HAVE FREE SHIPPING WHICH ENDS UP BEING CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE.

You can't beat Tire Rack. Their prices are always close to the lowest, and their customer service is unparalleled. I have bought only Tire Rack tires since 2002.

I was looking at ordering some Extremecontact DWS too, but seemed like they were on nationwide backorder and I ended up getting some Yoko Envigors instead. Wish I saw this thread earlier...the online tires warehouse is only 15 minutes away from my work...
