With anything HRE related they won't be cheap (unless they are a knock off or used)

My old HREs which I bought new had two sets of center caps (colored RWB and black & silver) so you might get lucky posting a want to buy WTB post in the classifieds from somebody that might part with a set. Find out the new cost first so you can get an idea of the value.
