hey guys i recently got these rims from my sister and she got the lips pretty dull and some rash. my question is are the lips andodized or bare. ive been doing some searching and from what ive found all work wheels have anodized lips. how can i fix these? thanks.

This was years ago but I had borrowed my friend's Works and I curbed them. I took them to the shop and all they could was clean them up and polish the shizz out of the wheel. Weren't able to anodize it. That was it! You just have to polish it more often.

so theyre anodized for sure? just want to make sure, if theyre not i want to polish them with mothers metal polish and powercone.
