Default Installing/Removing lug nuts

Is it safe for me to install/remove aftermarket lugnuts with that drill-like machine? I mean it wont leave scratches or marks?

I would always install and remove lug nuts by hand. That way the chances of damaging anything greatly reduces.

as long as you use thin wall socket & correct torque setting you can use a gun, over here we prefer digital hand torquing on most wheels

gotta be honest, with enough practice, you can actually be better at it with an impact wrench than by hand...

Especially when it comes to limited clearance lug nuts... with proper technique, I was always better with an impact than by hand...

You are probably right. I've been burned twice recently by these guys at shops who over-torque lug nuts which is why I'm not to fond of them. But removing them with the impact wrench may not be a bad thing.
