Default Tire Rack guys, please help me!

I am a regular tirerack customer, but this time I am asking about a used set of wheels in the hopes that you can help me out. I am looking to purchase a set of 20" Platinum Apex wheels, which I am pretty sure came from you guys... I am trying to get the offset, but all the numbers stamped on the rim give me no indication of what it is. Maybe you can decipher this?

T-200 20X81/2 JJ
TL 1017 DOT-T
20 07 07 A2 A2
QC-E
SAE J2530
ET UW

Thanks!

The 20x8.5" Apex was only produced with two offset choices which were +40mm or +43mm. Assuming your PCD (bolt pattern) is 5-114.3 (5-4.5") then the offset on your wheels is +40mm.

If it is a 40 then this should be stamped on the back of the wheel...
