Cleaning diamond cut/machined wheels?

Just wanted info on what products to use, if any, when cleaning this finished..similiar to brushed aluminum...Thanks!

Depends on if it is coated. If the surface isn't coated you can always use those stainless steel cleaner for refrigerator surface.
