Default Does this sound right??

I'm going to be getting some 20's soon and I thought you guys could help me out with the offsets. I have a first gen GS300 and I was wondering if these offsets would be proper.

+37 or +38 for the fronts

and +42 or +43 for the rears

And yeah, I'm going to be having 20x8.5's up front and 20x10 in the rear, will this rub?? Also will I have to have the fenders rolled?

Thanks in advance.
