Chrome SSR Agle Strusses...

Does anyone know whether or not the lips on these chrome wheels are just polished and not chrome? And if so, are they clearcoated? I have some curb rash that I'm considering sanding down and repolishing myself. Any input would be appreciated!

Took one of the wheels to a local wheel repair shop today and these guys didn't seem to be sure of themselves either. One of you guys gotta know
