Those are AME Modelart Excellents (or knock-offs)...very nice wheel but unfortunately, it's been knocked-off by everyone including Giovanna...
I've even seen fake centercaps with the AME logo (of course, they forgot to make the wheel a real multi-piece wheel... )
They're not cheap...I don't have any recent prices but if I remember correctly, the last time I checked, they were in the $3000 to $4000 range...
