Question Yokohama Parada Spec-2

Anyone have any experience with these tires. I'm looking for new tires for my 2001 lexus es300 and these seem reasonably cheap, I have had yokohamas before, but they were avids and are more expensive, i have h-rated tires right now and would wish to go back to v rated, any help would really be appreciated

The Parada Spec 2 was mainly designed for looks and has decent wet and dry traction. What size tires are you running? I noticed that you are in NY. Will you be running these tires year round? How many miles are you driving per year? What do you want want your next set of tires to do for you?

I've had these on my other two vehicles, and I keep buying them for the MR-S over & over...

Price is very reasonable, they grip well & wear great!

Every set of these I have ever seen on a vehicle they have had such choppy wear that they howl and whine and make so much noise it is ridiculous...

I'm sure if you pushed them somewhat hard most of the time, it wouldn't be much of an issue, but we used to have so many complaints - they grip well because of the huge flat tread blocks, but those blocks are also what cause the completely uneven wear that in turn leads to severe howling...

I have to agree with you on everything you said. Wear was horrible and the noise was bad as well. I thought these tires were discontinued a while back.

I haven't heard many good things about these tires so I always avoided them.
