Question Fitment Question

I'm looking at buying a set of used 20" wheels. My car is stock (Sport package), '06 IS350. I'm thinking the offset is a little too low on these wheels but can somebody back me up on this? I obviously don't want any rubbing issues...

wheel offset:

(2) 20 x 8.5
(2) 20 x 10
Offset: +25 Front / +20 Rear

you might have to run some stretch tires to avoid rubbing both front and rear
