Default Torque specs for TPMS Ferrule nut?

35 in-lb or 4 N-m (for those of you that live in parts of the world that call soccer "football")? Does that sound right?

That is what the "fit kit" I bought says. I just wanted to verify.

Also, for those interested, here are a couple of inexpensive torque wrenches that should get the job done:

1/4" Drive Click Stop Torque Wrench, 20-200 in-lb ($30)

Adjustable Torque Screwdriver with Tire Pressure Management System Service Kit, 2-36 in-lb ($20)
