Default aftermarket wheel noob here

i'm planning on picking up some aftermarket wheels.. Work Equip mesh to be exact.. i've already confirmed with the seller that the valve is the 90 degree angle one and i've called iforged and they've already confirmed with me to get the tpms bracket adapter. originally i was going to take the tpms off of my factory wheels to throw on my aftermarket wheels, but then i figured that i'd use my factory wheels for distance driving and it wouldn't make any sense to take the tpms out of wheels that i'm planning to use to travel with.. now i've been reading a little bit here and there about tpms codes? where can i buy another set of TPMS for a good price, and if i do, do i need to have it coded? if so, where can i do this? i'm a little bit confused about everything.. someone please help

You can buy them on ebay cheap. Just take them to the dealer to have them programmed.

Or, there's some tire shops that I believe can program them now, but you're best bet would probably just be your dealer.

Yep, just search lexus tpms. They're like $125 on ebay.

The repair/replacement kit I believe is just the gasket kit, and may/may not be needed depending on how new the sensors are and whether or not they're included.
