Oem Rims

I Just Ordered a set of stock Lexus rims for my RX and wanted to know how I could tell if they are really OEM rims. What do I look for on the rim?

I have a related question, who makes our OEM rims? I know there's a couple companies that are involved.

OEM Wheel Maker

i'm not sure if this the wheel maker, but mine are stamped with what looks like MMC ( not sure if that is Mitsubishi Motor Corp... :-) )

One of my past car ( Dodge Stealth R/T ) also had this stamp on my OEM rims...
