Do you like the black wheels on the black car? They are Volk 19x9 with 30 series tires. I keep wondering if I should go with chrome. Could I go 20", and what size tires (width and series). How will this affect the clearance of the road as well as my wheel well? Will I also have to completely adjust my suspension if I go with any size other than what I have now, because I know that the suspension is set up for the 19x9 with 30 series tires. Any input would be great! Thanks, Matt

Actually, I like your car a bunch. Always loved the Guigario styling. Your car looks like how a GS should look IMO. Classy and swift! Love the whole Aristro thing u got going.

In Europe, the Aristro could be had with 18" from the factory (we got 16" ) you got 19" and springs correct, your ride is hot!

I like the way your black wheels / black GS look! Looks E V I L!

I've been thinking about a set of gray colored wheels (w/ Chrome lips - SSR Competitions) for my black GS for a while... Certainly understand your dilemma.

Silver / Chrome rims look classier and a bit sportier, but the black ones just say "Luke, I'm your father. Join me on the dark side".

I don't know what to do. I was thinking about having them repowdercoated gunmetal, but that isn't all that more obvious than the black. Some 20" chrome on my car would be seen from a mile away. The black wheels are subtle, like the rest of the car (like the front grill that was painted black to match, and all the shaved badges except the front "L"). Most people probably think I am rolling on black steel winter rims. I like them alot, but at the same time I don't.

Your car looks tight! The Teins are adjusted perfectly for your 19's. You can definitely go with 20's (20x8.5 front & 20x9.5 or 10 rears). You would probably have to adjust the coilovers so it would sit properly once you go up to 20's. You would probably run 245/35-20 front and 275/30-20 rear tires. Certain chrome wheels would look nice (mesh or certian spoke wheels). If you go with a dish design or a wider spoke wheel, I would go with silver/polished lips. Definitely get something with some deep lips.

Default Man, that's black!

mcnelson - like what you've done to your car - but personally, don't like the black wheels. I'm not sure I'd like chrome a lot better - for my money, I think silver/polished would set it off. And BIGGG lips, too.

I'm not too fond of ALL black wheels, but....Black CENTERS with a high polished lip...now that looks tight...you'll most likely need to get a 2/3 piece wheel which usually = $$$$...
