Default Need torque spec of bolts for Volk GT-S Rims

Hi, I took apart my set of Volk GT-S 19" Rims to have the centers powdercoated and the barrels repolished, and now need to know how much to torque the bolts up to. I have several answers but just want to be safe because this car also transports my 5 month old as well. I was told to draw a line across the bolt/nut, break it loose, and torque it until the lines are one again. The nut broke loose at about 18ft/lbs and the line lined up at about 18ft/lbs. I searched all over the net and find 25-30ft/lbs should do it. I asked RB Motoring where I had the barrel polished and they told me 50ft/lbs! I want to take their word because they deal and repair a lot of rims but that sounds like a lot for a 10mm bolt, and I can't have them breaking or stripping because they're not ordinary looking easily replaceable 10mm bolts. Of course I'll use the blue locktite but torque too little will make the rim wobble/shake and too much torque might break/strip the bolt. Any feedback from others who have taken their wheel apart and put back together would be of great help!
