if so, what did u pay and where?

I have a set of 19's coming but 2 have damaged lips

If it's the older stepped-lip style, more than likely you'll have to
deal directly with HRE to source rim parts. The Competition Series
rims are also proprietary.

There is some interchangeability with other US-made rims if they are
the reverse style, depending on the diameter and whether they are
40 or 42 hole configuration.

They won't sell parts only; HRE will require you to send the wheels
in to them for service.
