Default tire speed rating

irecently blew a rear tire on my g37, when i bought a new one i bought the 245/40/19 94Y i noticed that the oem one is 94W , is this a concern mixing rear speed rating? since iam not downgrading the speed rating? btw the tires are exactly the same except for the different speed rating

THanks for the help

It's best to have the same speed rating all the way around and at least two of the same speed rated tires on the same axel. Lower speed rated tires (when replaced in pairs) should be put on the front axel regardless of drive axel to help prevent oversteer. However, the Y and W are both Z rated speed ratings so you should be alright. Technically, you upgraded the speed rating from OE which is fine. Keep in mind, the speed rating for all the tires will be that of the lowest speed rated tire on the vehicle. In this case 168mph.
