Default Need Advice for 20" wheels

I want to purchase some wheels with these fitment 20x8.5 & 20x10 25mm offset 5x114.3. I had some Sevas on my car with the same fitment but the offset was 40mm. Will these wheels fit on my IS250 with the 25mm offset?
I was running 275-30-20 and 245-30-20, will these tires still fit?

I think it will fit easily on the IS 250.

I'm not sure but the offsets sound aggressive to me.

They will fit, but not with that tire size. I have 20x10's in the rear at +30 and with 275's; even with rolled fenders, they rubbed very badly. Little strips of rubber were coming off the sidewall. Now I have 255's in the rear and it still hits sometimes.

On the front, they will rub also, especially at that tire size. I'm running 20x8.5 +33 and it rubs a little bit with 225 tires. So another 8mm outward and 245 tires isn't going to work.

So short answer is, the wheels will work, but the tires won't at that offset. If you're willing to run stretched tires, it would work just fine and look pretty good.
