Question What rims are these??

I just bought my first Lexus, a 98 GS400. It came with the factory 16" rims. I want to put on some aftermarket rims, but I know next to nothing about wheels, and even less about fitments for the GS. I was thinking about 18" and lowering the car about 1"to1.75", and possibly upgrading brakes in the future. Anyone have any suggestions??? Also, based on the ride I've experienced so far with the factory 16", how much different will the ride feel with 18", or maybe even 19"?????

Anyway, back to the subject. I was perusing the gallery and saw these and was curious to know more about them(ie, make, size, etc)

Advice, anyone???

I believe those are the Racing Hart Type-M5. Check the link below, second wheel down.

Mumbles is correct, they are RH M-5 three piece. Available in staggered widths up to 19".
Dont be fooled by "Italian" Binnos.... They arent Italian at all, they are made in South America(Sao Paulo, Brazil)......I believe the whole line of Binno wheels are 1-piece cast.

Default Racing Hart M5s

Ok now that I know what they are, where can I buy them?? Also if I want to do an say an 18x8 and 18x9 rear, then what tire size should I consider?? I don't want the tires to look like they're barely big enough to fit on the rim. I'd like a "flush" look.

Thanks,
Blanco
