Default Question about running 10 mm and 15 mm spacers???

I'm currently running 10mm spacers in the rear on my gs300. I want to exchange them out for 15 mm spacers on my existing studs.

The studs currently fits the 10mm perfectly, if I was going to use a 15mm spacer, the studs will not clear the additional 5mm.

Doesn't sound like it works, but I called Ichiba and they said that the 10mm and 15mm spacers uses the same size studs.

So, can I safely use the 15mm spacers even though the studs are 5 mm too short?

Thanks for the help!

if the studs you have now are just long enough for 10mm spacers, then they are clearly too short for 15mm spacers, plain and simple... the lug nut should engage the threads 1.5x the studs diameter...
