Traction Control Question?

Anyone know if you can go smaller on tire size from our stock 255/40/18 size and has anyone tried it? Also, will 255/40/18 fit on a 18x8 rim? I'm just inquiring because somehow our 255/40/18 series is an odd size and hard to get these sizes! Thanks!

Try 245/40/18, there should be plenty of more sizes. 245/40/18 on 18x8 is the OEM size for 06+ GS's

Thanks for the suggestions, I already talked to a tire specialist here and I found the right tire to run on your rims that I bought from you! Btw...thanks for the transaction! I think my traction control is gonna go off with anything smaller than 255/40
