Powder Coat Forged Rims?
Hi,
I'm thinking of buying some forged rims, but do not like the color of it. You may ask why not just get it in the color I want? Unfortunately they only come in dark color and I have a starfire pearl color and I think the color contrast is too great, makes the wheel look like donuts. So I was thinking of changing the color of it to be more like the stock 08isx50 wheel color, liquid graphite.
I know nothing about powder coating or forged rims so I just wanted to double check with my fellow cl members for help.
Are there any downside to powder coating the wheels?
