I just got Nexen N7000s for a friend of mine earlier this week and so far he has put just over 400 miles on them and loves them. A lot of grip and quiet. Plus All seasons to deal with the snow we get up here sometimes.

Thumbs up

Yokohama S-Drives or YK's. I had a set of BF Goodrich G-Force sports - DO NOT EVER BUY THESE. They were the loudest, worst handling, and worst wearing tire I have ever had. I do not drive my car hard, and I didn't even get 20K out of them. The Yoko's are light years ahead of them, and ride super smooth.

Shenanigans!! You work for them, of course you're going to recommend them. Just playing, my man. I think they're a bit more than the Yoko's I recommended, but if he needs all season tires, those would be a good choice.

hate to say it man, but overall, the goodyears are junk... I've seen more defective goodyear tires than probably all other manufacturers combined, except general - general is up there with goodyear... and I used to sell goodyear too, so, I was only biased due to the fact that I had such bad experiences with all of their product...

as for the OP, you said good tires, but you named 5 entry level tires...

what are you looking for?

All season, Bridgestone RE960AS or Michelin Pilot Sport AS (plus)

A little less expensive, you could also do Bridgestone G019 or Michelin Exalto AS
