Default Wheel shipping question: what's the best/cheapest option currently?

To ship four wheels in the lower 48, what's the best way to do this cheap?

To a business address?
Ship on a pallet?
FedEx, UPS, DHL, Greyhound ??

fedex ground !, and you prepare all the paperwork from home / using ur own account from home and u usually get 7-10% off
fedex handles better than UPS IMHO, i shipped more than 10 wheels already and all using fedex., also you should pack it good

Get a comparable rate quote from UPS as well. I used to ship 5-15 tires/wheels a day through UPS and never had an issue. I'd personally go with whoever gives you the better price on the shipping...

not a bad idea to double box them by the way, if I recall, the most cost efficient way is to get two wheels into their original boxes, then band those together, or stick them in one singular box, and ship the wheels in pairs...

I use Fed Ex Ground, though as a company our UPS prices are better. As an individual I get better prices and faster delivery from Fed Ex ground.
