I need a new rim. How much and is there a warranty?

Basically I have a cracked rim and the dealer wants over $550 to replace it and I see I can get the same thing on the internet for $200 or less. How much is mounting? Or is there a warranty on these rims? The new rims come with limited lifetime warranty.
