Default Wheel advice

Guys I recently bought a set of ACE Strada wheels for my IS350 with a 38 offset, 19x9.5 and 255/35/19 setup for the rear. However when I installed the the rears it looks like it will rub the fender if i lower it. Could I have been given the wrong offset for the rear or is this normal? Check out the pics...

I still can't tell whether it actually 'sticks out' - looks like it does. If so, uh oh.

Nah, nothing major, when you lower the car the wheels will camber in.
If they do rub, just shave the fenders.

Pile two friends in the back seat and take the car for a ride.

If they don't rub, they won't rub when the car is lowered.

The wheels camber in as the suspension compresses.

All you're doing is getting the suspension to sit lower
in the normal travel, if you think about it.
