Question Asking about tires for 03 es300

Hi everybody,

I just bought a used 2003 es300. Unfortunately, I have got to change two front tires in no time. Any comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

What tires are on there now? Going to keep the rears on there? I'd keep them matching if it was me. Tirerack usually has pretty good deals.

Thank you very much. It is a goodyear eagle one. But I am not sure they are durable since I have heard a lot of negative comments over them.

What type of tire are you looking for? All season? Something for the winter?
A couple options I pulled from tire rack. You'd need to double check size though.

Do you think Michillen is good at cost effective? What really matters me is the tire should be safe enough by having good grip on ground since winter is coming soon, and also be durable. Any other brands are also taken into consideration. Thank you guys.

no personal experience, but they did pretty well per survey in snow conditions for an AS tire.

I would recommend fuzion HRi's...i have them on my 01 gs3, 215-55-16 i believe. They are unidirectional so they perform well on cornering in dry weather, but have enough of a blocky all season tread that i think theyd be good in the bad weather. they sing a bit on concrete highways but other than that are very quiet and ride really nice.

if you need a summer tire, the ZRi is just as good but in terms of summer driving.

and for clarification, Fuzion is made by BF Goodrich.

Thank you guys. It does helpful to me. I will narrow it down a lot.
What really matters is the performance on the wet and snowy days since I am living in buffalo where is chillin cold.
