Default Torque for rear brake caliper pin

What should I torque the 12mm rear caliper pin to on a 1999 ES300? Is 25ft too much?

Default

25 lb ft?

sounds low... I don't have the book in front of me, but typically as tight as you can get it with a standard sized 3/8" ratchet is sufficient...
