Default Tire set up advice needed

I want to go with the following set up on my SC 400. All tires are about 90% tread.

Front Kuhmo ESCTA Supra 235/40/R18
Rear Michelin Pilot Sport 245/45/ZR18

Do you think this will work?

I am sort of new so any advice would be appreciated. Is it a good idea to mix brands?

what size wheels? stock or aftermarket?

i had, on stock mk3 supra "sawblade" wheels, i had 225/45/16 BF Goodridge KDW up front and 245/45/16 Kumho ecsta supra in the rear.

on an AWD car you have to have same size and pattern tire. on a RWD car it doesnt matter really.

after the drift day i have 300zx wheels with michelin tires in the rear and bridgestone potenzas on supra TT wheels up front.

youll be fine.

It is ok to mix brands, I do it every time. Look into going a lower profile in the rear- stock tires are sized that way, although I'm not sure why. I have the Esctas in the front on my SC, they are excellent tires.
