what they do (I THINK, from what I read) is mail you a chrome version of your OEM rims and you mail them your OEM non-chrome ones and they keep it. So my questions are: Doesn't that make the rims they gave you replicas and non-OEM? Unless they take your alloy rims and give them back to you chromed... So, are they replicas or considered OEM, and if they are replicas would that make their value less then that of your alloy OEM rims?

They are someone else's OE wheel probably. Then when the next guy comes along and sends in his wheels, they chrome yours and send yours to him and so forth. It's like a core charge kinda dealio.
