20 x 9.5 is the best fit. A 275 fits perfectly on the wheel and with the right offset, you won't need any fender work. A 20 x 10 will work also but if you run a 275, it'll look a little undersized. Nothing horrible, but it's not "optimized". 20 x 9 with a 255 or 265 will work fine...275 is a little big for a 9" wide wheel...it'll bubble a bit...again, nothing horrible, but personally, I don't like the SUV look.
20 x 9.5 with a +38 will sit your wheel out nicely w/o any rubbing or fender work...
20 x 9 can work in the front but you'll have to undersize the tire (245). You can try 255 but it'll rub and you'll need fender work. A 20 x 8.5 is optimal for the front...as for offset, +37 on a 8.5" wide wheel will sit your wheel out perfectly. Plus, if you're wheel is a high disk, it should clear any larger brake kits you might do in the future....
To recap...
Front - 20" x 8.5" +37 running 245/35-20
Rear - 20" x 9.5" +38 running 275/30-20

what about 20x9's front and rear
20x9 front +38 with a 245/35/20 ?
20x9 rear +37 with a 275/30/20 ?
Can I use a different offset in the rear to have a bigger lip in the rear?
What is the best set up for 20x9's front and rear???

I personally think the 20x10"R +48 or +50 w/285/30/20 is the best.......
